1. Recruitment: - Work with hiring department to analyze & well understand the recruitment needs.- Directly screen CVs và conduct phone interviews/01st round interviews with selective candidates.- Prepare the offer letter, job invitation for successful candidates.- Organized the onboarding for new employees: logistic preparation, orientation training.- Build up talent pool for searching suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies & make effective recruitment plan.- Analyze strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process lớn bring new improvements.

2. Training & Development: - Conduct the orientation training for new staff.- Work with HR Manager & other departments khổng lồ plan & implement the training courses.

3. Employer Branding: - Building recruitment channels, co-operate with marketing Dept. In building up Employer Branding through the development of career website, job advertisement on other recruitment channels.- Organize & attend activities in job fairs, career advisor, và university/college campaigns.

4. Work permit và Visa: - Follow up work permit, visa for foreign teachers (work with agents).- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Working office: Headquarters of I Can Read VN, 302 Le Van Sy, Ward 1, chảy Binh District, HCMC.

Working hours: Monday khổng lồ Friday 09:00 - 18:00.


Yêu mong ứng viên


- College Degree or above in HR Management, Bussiness Administration or related major- At least 02 years’ experience in recruitment. Having experience in mass recruitment is a plus.- English proficiency is a must.- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Teamwork.- High responsibility & ability khổng lồ work under pressure
